How to Gain Access
Registration
To use our API products, you will need to create a Developer account.
Creating an account is quick and easy:
- Click on Sign Up.
- Fill in the form with your company details, including your name, work email address, and username.
- Accept our Terms of Use
- Submit the form.
- You will receive an email with an activation link. Click the link, set your password, and you are ready to go!

How to Get Started
Begin by reviewing the API documentation to get familiar with which API products you want to integrate into your application. Our Zoning API has different levels of access with more details available on our API Plans page.
- First, create a new App. By doing so, you will get an API-Key which you can use for your testing environment.
- Select an API access level you want to integrate into your application (labeled DEMO).
- APIs labeled DEMO are auto-approved and are available for testing your integration. NOTE: If you desire to license the Services from Gridics for production or other commercial purposes, the parties shall enter into a separate mutually acceptable agreement for such purpose.
- Once you have tested your integration and are ready to go live, jump to the next section.
How to Go Live on Production
Once you have tested your application and related proposition(s) in our sandbox environment, you can submit a request to go live.
- First, create a new App for production. By doing so, you will get a different API-Key which you can use for your production environment.
- Subscribe to the API products you want to use in the production environment. (labeled PROD)
- To get production access, it is important that both your account and App details are registered correctly.
- Submit your request for production access form. Depending on the API, our team will contact you to discuss the details of your request.
- If you desire to license the Services from Gridics for production or other commercial purposes, the parties shall enter into a separate mutually acceptable agreement for such purpose.
- Once approved, you are ready to use our API in a live environment.
